Nik Haffner – being a member of the company was education and learning in this environment. Creating a new piece as an experience of learning. Eidos / Telos – outside people dramaturges and outside people coming in and giving lectures (e.g. Joel Ryan). Resources were colleagues what they brought in from previous work. Making the cd-rom challenged everyone to think about what they were doing/ project based. What Bill was good at / how can you rethink what you do – applying to anything you do. General size of company 35-40. Chris Salter, Heidi Gilpin, Joel Ryan, etc. Different collaborators. Never heard it called the ‘frankfurt school’ from inside.
